Terri Phipps

Company Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Terri Phipps brings a wealth of experience to her role as CEO of Wilma including an extensive pedigree in sales that encompasses over 20 successful years at Xerox as a national sales leader, followed up with roles as VP of Client Solutions at Knightsbridge, VP of Sales at Compass Group, and SVP and Managing Director of Optimum Talent. Ms. Phipps is not only a proven sales and marketing professional, but she has also harnessed the power of motivating others. Furthermore, Ms. Phipps has shared her knowledge and experiences as a motivational speaker and mentor to women in business. Audiences have found Terri to be a captivating speaker that brings passion and humour to her messaging. Ms. Phipps developed her engaging style starting with her early years living in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles working as an actress and stand-up comedian. It is no wonder, Terri is a popular leader and a respected entrepreneur.

Mary Morrison

Co-Founder & Senior Vice President Partnerships

As Co-Founder and SVP of Partnerships, Ms. Morrison’s strategic leadership style anchored in doing the right thing in the right way is invaluable to Wilma. Most recently, Mary was retained by a BC based privately owned corporate housing company to lead growth initiative strategies. She also brings a strong entrepreneurial background to bear at Wilma, as Founder of Hail Mary – a consultancy focused on optimizing Clients and Sales organizations to create and achieve sustained enterprise success. As VP of Strategic Initiatives at Compass Group, she oversaw complex market development in the portfolio sectors of Government, Healthcare, Education and B2B. Client Centricity is in Mary’s DNA as well as her passion for great wine, delicious food and roads untravelled.
